Business Manager – Mark Donaldson

Our Business Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the practice. They ensure that the surgery operates efficiently and effectively, so we can deliver high-quality care to our patients whilst managing budgets, finances, and resources to ensure sustainability.

Operations Manager – Luke Swinden

Our Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day running of the practice is seamless and efficient. Their role is crucial in maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring patients receive the care they need in a well-organised environment. The Operations Manager works behind the scenes to make sure our practice remains a reliable and professional place for all your healthcare needs.

Reception/Secretarial Staff

Reception staff attend to patients on the phone and in person. They coordinate and organise appointments and documentation to facilitate the smooth running of the Practice, and support delivery of quality patient care. The Reception Staff have a very demanding role. They are there to assist you and we would ask you to be patient during peak times, when the staff have to handle a large volume of calls and enquiries. They will ask you a small amount of personal information about your medical condition – this information is used to ensure your call is dealt with by the correct Clinician and assist fellow Healthcare Professionals who work within the Practice to manage your healthcare and well-being.
