Important Changes to Accessing GP Services at Ossett Surgery

Ossett Surgery is introducing significant changes to how patients access GP services. These improvements are designed to make it easier to secure urgent appointments, provide a broader selection of routine appointment times, and minimise the need for repeated contact regarding the same request.

Surgery Closure – Training Days

The surgery will be closed for TARGET training for staff on Wednesday 12th November from 12 noon onwards and we will reopen as normal on Thursday 13th November.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Calls to the surgery will be redirected to the Out of Hours services.
